DESCRIPTION:Venue: Technology For Development Nepal ( Virtual event | Google meet) \nSection 1: Organization Background \nWe believe technology has the power to change the world for good. We work hard to create that technology\, powering organizations’ growth\, serving individuals’ needs\, and changing communities for the better. \nThere are immense potential and benefits of using information technology in the context of universal governance of e-governance\, development technique for development (ICT4D)\, etc\, Nepal can only be oriented towards the developed nation using maximum use in government work and education\, health\, agriculture\, the environment through ICT. \n T4DNepal aims to connect unreached and underserved communities of Nepal in an effort to bring them out of the digital darkness /divide and equip them with access to information. \n With the belief to  ‘Inform\, Communicate and Empower\,’ T4D Nepal finds sustainable digital interventions to overcome education\, health\, agriculture\, environment\, culture\, tourism\, social sector\, and Information and Communication Technology poverty served in rural and remote locations of Nepal\, and empower communities with digital illiteracy\, digital tools\, and last-mile connectivity. \n To provide suggestions\, and tips on the use of information and communication technology\, coordinating with the relevant bodies of education\, health\, agriculture\, environment\, culture\, tourism\, and social sectors\, for the development\, and encouraging the use of communication technology\, employment-related technologies to poor and backward people and unemployed youth\, women communities. \n In order to strengthen the socio-economic development of the country through ICT\, it was inevitable to establish this organization\, as it endeavors to raise the quality of living standards of the Nepalese through the means of ICT which is uncharted waters for us all.   Our strengths as an organization mirror our endeavors in bringing together diverse skills\, experiences\, cultures\, and perspectives in the pursuit of a greater goal. Now with promoters from various backgrounds\, we are optimistic about providing realistic solutions and information to develop human\, natural\, and cultural resources to support healthcare provisions\, a safe environment\, sustainable development\, and economic growth in the context of national priorities\, making our visions of a better tomorrow come alive. \nObjective: \nThe primary goal of the Digital Experience Sharing Session 1 is to foster knowledge exchange and collaboration among IT professionals\, with a particular focus on the experiences and insights of the IT Officer of Damak Municipality.
